Wu-Chi HSING is a comprehensive workout program
that is based upon easy to learn exercises
similar to those found in most common forms of
Tai-Chi, Yoga and Chinese callisthenics.
The floor exercises use flowing yet precise
manoeuvres to promote mind and body
co-ordination, while the two-person exercises
encourage the student's growth in interaction
skills.
With the underlying objective of this activity
being to improve the quality of life for all -
the exercise patterns span a large range of
dynamics and tempos to suit everyone. In
addition to the everyday exercise programs,
workshops are held to provide instruction on
diet, physical education and life-style
management.
