NZ ARK's Formation
New Zealand ARK Charitable Trust was set up to
make personal integrity fashionable in an ever
changing world.It was formed with the vision of
establishing a group of co-ordinated community
aid services, bound to its founding principles
by the organisation's statutes and ultimately
the charitable direction of its board of
trustees. |

MODE OF OPERATION
From the very outset we planned for the ARK
Trust to remain behind the scenes as the parent
body, and to establish a professional management
organisation as its public face, to be known as
Integris Trust.
Under the tenets and guidelines set by NZ ARK,
Integris will set up and oversee autonomous
non-profit organisations, clubs, societies and
other charitable operations, which will run
various, independent community level projects
and programmes which will work to fulfill ARK's
ongoing mission to "uplift humanity".
