We have in our organisation
people with extensive business and management
experience; However, we saw the benefit of
employing professional managers to run our
operations, hence the creation of the Integris
management board.

The ROLE of Integris is to:

Co-ordinate the most efficient and
effective implementation of our
charitable operations. |

Ensure the long-term stability of
the organisation at all levels. |

STATUS

Integris is the management board of
the NZ ARK Charitable Trust, and
therefore both it (and all that it
manages) operates under the Charitable
Trusts Act 1957. |

MODE OF OPERATION

Integris is a professional
management organisation, acting under
the directorship of the ARK Charitable
Trust Council to set up and oversee the
public operations which will work to
achive ARK's aspiration. |

establish and
oversee the
subsidiary activities and facilities
that NZ ARK sees fit to promote the
educational, social and business
operations required to achieve its
aspiration of uplifting humanity by
modernising integrity. |

| INTEGRIS MANAGEMENT
INFRASTRUCTURE |
| The main management functions of
Integris is carried out by its: |

| |
Executive Management
Committee - manages all
Integris and subsidiary affairs,
determining the direction and policies
for all operations, giving approval for
new developments. |

| |
Management and Operations
Team - ensures the optimum use
of resources, by co-ordinating the
interaction between all subsidiary
operations and regional projects. |
| |
|
| |
Liaison Officer -
heads our expansion program, opening the
way for our operations to gain entry
into various communities, working with
local people, government and authorities
to set up our operations in their
community, with their support. |

| |
Program Creation Team -
creates and develops our future
community aid programs, tailor making
them to suit the needs of each
community. |
| |
|
| |
Establishment Team -
establishes these programs, under
Integris, giving local people the
ability to implement and manage our
operations and services in their own
communities. |

Activities Audit Team -
investigates and audits all our
community aid activities to ensure their
effectiveness and success. |
| |
|
| |
Treasury Officer -
oversees all budgets and authorises the
designation of financial controllers at
all levels, organising the controlled
release of funds throughout the
organisation. |

| |
|
| Integris is directly responsible to
the ARK Trust Council, who monitor the
operations of Integris and its subsidiaries. |
