ARK and its Trust Council
  The ARK Trust Council is the parent body that will ensure its management team (Integris) and its subsidiary operations run according to ARK's operational tenets.

The Trust Council will:
Maintain the legal status of ARK, Integris and its subsidiaries, by ensuring Integris and all its operations are charitable in nature.
   
  Set statutes, tenets and guidelines for Integris and its subsidiary operations.
   
  Audit the ethical standards of all practices within the organisation's operations.

 

Ultimately, the ARK Trustees and the ARK Trust Council have full and final approval of all the activities and operations of Integris and its subsidiaries.
