The Objectives of the Wu-Chi School of Arts
in any given community is to provide programs
that 'specifically attract':

70% of whom stay for 3-4

And are completely reformed needing NO
other form of rehabilitation again. |

Stay with the School, having gained the
experience, qualifications and
responsibility to become committed
teachers of reform - here we see the
reformed becoming the reformers. |

work arena within 12 months
Actively seeking useful employment,
having all the qualities of a desirable

30% of whom will stay with
the School for 2 - 3 years
Continuing to pursue physical health,
mental well-being and personal

Appreciating the positive effect that
Wu-Chi has on one's overall physical
fitness and mental well-being. |

On this page we state that
our main objective is to attract 100% of
'violent juveniles' into our reform classes.
However, some people feel that ~70% or less
would be a more realistic figure.
Well, that would be true if it was not for the
desire in the hearts of violent youth to always
be identified with activities that make them
look tough. The very nature of being
violent breeds in them a desire to join tough
clubs, gangs, or in our case, a school that is
portrayed as being "harder and faster than
anything else on the block". In essence,
for violent youth, our programs are like raw
meat to young lions - 100% irresistible!
While in reality, our school is the ultimate
alternative to street gangs or any other
anti-social clubs that undermine our
communities. With Wu-Chi we are able to
keep these youth safe, and satisfy their ego,
while they grow into responsible citizens. |
