Any organization
offering an effective "SOLUTION" to the problem of
wayward male youth must:
1. |
Provide an extensive,
rigorous, practical education program
that makes moral development attractive
to the minds of youth, especially to the
potentially abusive and anti-social male
juvenile. |
2. |
Operate as a truly
preventative service, that is able to
take the boisterous and vigorous
attributes found in young men, and
develop them into strengths of character
— before and during the years when they
are most likely to be led astray and
become a threat to themselves and
society. |
3. |
Be able to
self-perpetuate its front-line teaching
staff, so that it will be able to
quickly expand into other locations
while maintaining its existing
operations — bringing professional
services within the reach of all young
men and not just a few. |
4. |
Be a financially viable
operation, with marketing and business
strategies, which will provide a strong
and secure financial base that will
subsidise its expansion — averting the
circumstances that cause too many
charitable organisations to become as
much of a drain on society as are the
people they set out to help. |

| |
In brief
To play a leading role in halting and fixing
social decay, an organization will need to be a
financially viable school of moral discipline,
that is keenly sought after (as an elite club)
by the worst young men in today's troubled
society.
It must be designed to open up its ranks and
bring into its midst the most aggressive and
potentially violent young men of the nation in
order to civilize and refine them before they
become a social statistic . . . and also educate
them to do the same for the next generation. |
