You can debate the various
flaws in modern society that contribute to the
rising statistics of criminal behavior, ad
infinitum, but I have found at the root of the
problem one fact remains constant; and that is
people cause crime — people who have no sense of
responsibility or moral discernment.
Hence, we are committed to helping youth develop
these attributes before and during the years
when they are most likely to be led astray and
become a threat to themselves and society.
