Perpetual Training Programs

Each student is taught to set-up their own individual program for them to train themselves.  Within the first month of joining Wu-Chi, every student is taught to make their home a special place of learning and their community a training ground for developing ethical conduct — for the rest of their life.

In essence, the School produces students who are transformed by their own pride and joy in their ability to self-perpetuate their own character development.

They learn how to live their lives with a hidden personal vow of, "You can't make me give up my integrity".  The possession of inner strength and character becomes prized above any place for aggression.

They are encouraged to set high standards for themselves and to practise upholding them in every situation.

They learn first-hand how to maintain ethical behavior patterns when under trying circumstances, and they are encouraged to see difficult situations involving others as opportunities to practise ethical interactive skills.

All are taught to be responsible for their own feelings, instead of depending on others for their emotional stability.

Those from dysfunctional homes or disadvantaged backgrounds are taught to see that they can be proactive within their personal sphere; proving that anyone, even when surrounded by negative influences and allurements toward criminal and anti-social behaviour, can successfully develop moral character.
In such cases we have seen that by just one member of the family taking on a new and positive stance in life, they have changed the future of their whole family — and likewise their family influences other families around them.
